JPMorgan Chase Recruitment Job Description
  • Strong exposure to business management and reporting 
  • Month end reporting –  support month-end close by reviewing and approving prior-period adjustments
  • Forecasting expenses & headcount (monthly)
  • Monthly MIS Flash and final reporting deck with comments and analysis.
  • Yearly planning exercise.
  • Allocation rules & billing models to recover function costs from supported businesses
  • Headcount tracking and reporting in liaison with the Business Managers, Central PMO. Regular forecasting of headcount projections to the MBM operations executive, his DRs and the Global CFO’s
  • Liaise with product and function CFOs to understand the drivers of business variance
  • Maintenance of reference data
  • Play a proactive role in enhancing the current BAU processes
  • Support the monthly Investment Initiatives reporting process
  • Adhoc requests and projects

    JPMorgan Chase Recruitment Skills
    • Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
    • Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude and strong control mindset
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under pressure
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to develop and leverage strong network of contacts throughout the organisation
    • Working knowledge of finance tools like Essbase / Business Objects would be an added advantage.
    • Good MS Office skills – especially MS Excel
    • Ability to work with teams in multiple locations across different time zones
