  • To prepare the initial book keeping based on the Technical Training imparted while joining the Team.
  • Book keeping needs to be done as per the instructions provided by Supervisor/Client.
  • Apart from Book keeping the job requires an Associate to update all the status trackers, Timesheet and such other reports as required.
  • To accurately prepare book keeping and such other activities by adhering to guidelines at all times.
  • To perform self-review of the task prepared or such other activity prepared.
  • To take cognizance of repetitive errors committed while preparing book keeping or such other activity.
  • To ensure adherence to SLA at all times
  • To ensure that work assigned is completed within the stipulated budgeted time.
  • To obtain good working knowledge of firm’s software applications XERO, Receipt Bank etc.,), workflow management tools (Filesite/KClient/DPM/Status Trackers)
  • To research on Accounting related topics. To furnish reviewers with sufficient information and advice in order to ensure correct completion of the book keeping or such other activity.
  • To attend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve it’s overall efficiency.
  • Job involves in-office work.

KPMG Recruitment Skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.com)/Post Graduate Degree from accredited university, ACCA. 0 to 2 years of experience in UK Small Business Accounting.
  • Experience in working with XERO, MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
