Job Description:
  • Communication with exporters for Quality documents and transaction documents as instructed by Certification Centre.
  • Contacting trade for resolution of discrepancies and request for additional information.
  • Collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
  • Generate invoice and followup with exporter for timely payment.
  • When applicable printing Certificate of Conformity on security paper and delivering to client.
  • Handle day to day operations in a timely and proper manner.


  • Knowledge of export documentation.
  • Computer skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At all times complies with SGS code of integrity and professional conduct.


Desirable Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of export documentation, Computer skills, Communication skills.
Eligibility : BA/BSc/BCom/BMS
Experience : Freshers
